Lauren Djamirze (ДЖАМИРЗЕ) is one of the most successful female athletes the world has seen. Winning a staggering 6 World titles and the only female in the history of her sport to successfully defend back to back world titles in the two different codes of Sport Aerobics at the time , Lauren retired as an undefeated champion and respected legend of her sport.

Lauren’s successful career has taken her to all corners of the globe competing and working with some of the world’s best athletes and organizations, from the Great China Circus to spreads in the hottest magazines such as Ralph, Inside Sport, and Vogue and numerous other television and print media throughout the world.

Lauren Djamirze began her sporting career as a gymnast. After securing a place at the Australian Institute of Sport Lauren was selected as part of the train on squad for the 1996 Olympic Games. Training for two years under an extremely tough regime, Lauren suffered an injury which forced her to withdraw from the team. Unknown to Lauren at the time it was to be a blessing in disguise, from this Lauren returned to Sydney, quickly finding her new passion in Sport Aerobics.

Now a highly sort after coach and trainer to athletes and fitness enthusiasts in Australia and internationally, Lauren is dedicating her time to help people achieve their fitness and sporting goals. At present Lauren is a Sport Aerobic coach also an FIA qualified certified personal trainer.

Competing for ten years in Sport Aerobics, Lauren’s career has seen many challenges and great victories. Throughout the world today Lauren is known for her amazing achievements in Sport Aerobics, A fairytale career which will continue to inspire people of all ages for many years to come.
